I Am Here Now Ltd - HR Counsultant and Executive Coach

Hi I'm Gemma Clayton, an HR Consultant and Executive Coach, living in lovely Broadstairs with my husband and dog. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share what I do, as I think there may be some great opportunities to connect with and support others here!

I set up I Am Here Now Ltd to do two things I'm genuinely passionate about. The first is HR Consultancy for growing SMEs. With over 25 years of senior HR leadership experience across some really varied sectors, including Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Digital & Technology, TV Production, Charities, and Scale-ups, I partner with businesses on a flexible, fractional basis. This means you get genuinely experienced, strategic HR thinking and support without the commitment and cost of a full-time hire. Perfect for businesses that are growing fast and need to get their people strategy right, without breaking the budget!

The second string to my bow is Executive Coaching, and this is available both for individuals and for employees within your team. Whether it's you personally looking to take that next bold step in your career, or your team who you'd love to see thrive and grow, this is where I can really help. My coaching is ICF accredited and is especially focused those who are talented and hard-working but feel they're being overlooked for the next step up. It's not about changing who you are, it's about making sure the right people finally see what you're truly capable of.
