Broadstairs enjoys miles of sandy beaches, and is famous for its seven bays:

Botany Bay

Joss Bay

Kingsgate Bay

Stone Bay

Viking Bay

Louisa Bay

Dumpton Gap

There is also a lesser known eighth bay - St. Mary's Bay, situated between Stone Bay and Viking Bay.
