You will also have exclusive garden access which provides a fantastic peaceful and sunny area to enjoy a drink or meal. There is a ample storage, particularly in the bedroom. A dining table with 4 chairs together with a SMART internet TV and wireless high-speed fibre broadband are in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, and fridge as well as a wide range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

In the bathroom, there is a large shower cubicle along with plentiful supplies of towels for your convenience. This stunning basement apartment is accessed by a dedicated stairwell of 19 steps down from pavement level.

A large pay and display car park is right outside the apartment and free parking is a five minute walk away.

The town's amenities are within an easy walking distance of the apartment, with Morelli's cafe just around the corner, so everything is conveniently located for your needs, as well as being perfectly situated for exploring the coastline.
