I am a local HR consultant and I provide practical and pragmatic HR guidance to new startups and established businesses in Kent.  I provide advice, guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues and challenges, including one-off employee queries around sickness or performance, flexible working, family friendly procedures and contracts of employment, to name but a few.  I undertake larger projects, such as restructures and redundancies, TUPE or more complex staffing issues such as disciplinaries or grievances.  I work with businesses to help them align their people plan with their business plan to ensure all staff and managers understand the values and key objectives of the business.  This also helps the business make a clear statement about how it will value and treat its team, to ensure there is a culture where everyone can achieve and develop to their full potential, and drive the business forward.  Whether you need help with a one off people issue, a project or HR advice on a more regular basis, I can tailor the solution that's right for you.
