16/01/2012 - Arrowsmith Wins Xmas Competition
Award Presentation at Arrowsmiths
The Chamber is proud to announce that the winners of Xmas Window Competition 2011 was Arrowsmiths, York Street, Broadstairs.
The award was presented to the team on by KMFM's Johnny Lewis. Congratulation to the team.
29/11/2011 - Smiles & Giggles Wins Guys Competition
Award Presentation at Smiles & Giggles
The Chamber is proud to announce that the winners of Guy Fawkes Competition's 2011 was Smiles & Giggles Nursery School, Albion Road, Broadstairs.
The award was presented to the team on 29th November 2011 by organiser of the November 5th Event, Maeve Saunders, Mayor of Broadstairs, David Saunders and Ian Lodge representing the Chamber of Commerce.
Congratulation to the team on the creation of two guys, names Kathryn and Ash.
31/10/2011 - Halloween Quiz Raises £456
Once again, our quizzes continue to raise important funds. This time, the Hallloween quiz raised £456 towards our future events.
Many thanks to the team who organised the event including Ian from Broadbiz and Dawn from Expressions as well as all the members who supported by bringing teams.
It was great to see so many people in their halloween costumes, which made for a fun evening.

Our Bucket & Spade quiz was a great success. We were initially unsure about staging a quiz in August, but it proved popular and we raised £416 towards our future events.
Many thanks to the team who organised the event including Ian from Broadbiz and Dawn from Expressions (pictured) as well as all the members who supported by bringing teams.
It was great to see so many people in their beach gear, which made for a fun evening. Our next Quiz will be an Early Halloween Quiz on Friday 21st October 2011 at Crampton Tower.

The Royal Wedding Window Competition won by C Wool who were presented with a certificate and a bottle of champagne.

24/04/2011 - Easter Sunday - Easter Egg Hunt
Broadstairs and St Peters Chamber of Commerce held their annual Easter Egg Hunt in Balmoral Gardens on Easter Sunday, 24th April 2011 with the help of the Easter Bunny and the Broadstairs Badger.
Throughout the day, various Chamber members manned Balmoral Gardens and saw over 150 children find easter eggs and chicks hidden around the gardens and every one won a real chocolate Easter egg to take home.
As well as increasing their profile in Broadstairs and providing a lot of fun for the little ones, the Chamber earned valuable funds which we be put back into other town events.

11/02/2011 - Valentines Quiz
The Chamber's annual Valentines Quiz quiz took place at Crampton Tower Hall on Friday 11th February.
13 teams turned out for the 8 round quiz with the Brainstormers taking the spoils with an impressive 77 points out of a possible 90 posed by questionmaster Ian Lodge from Broadbiz Web Services.
The £5 entry fee plus a £1 game, a raffle and a game of traditional bingo by called by Expressions' Dawn Fulker raised £601 for other town events throughout the year.
Thanks to everyone who attended as well as Bay 158 and Expressions.
12/01/2011 - Website Brush and Tidy-up
With all the changes that have gone on in the Chamber, a website brush and tidy-up was due.
Our web design partners, Broadbiz Web Services have undertaken a review and revamp of the site which was launched on Thursday 13th January 2010.
